Annual Meeting

RANCH’s annual meeting will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at King Crab – 1816 N. Halsted St.  We hope you will join us!

Donors To Our Planter Fund

The planters along Armitage and Halsted help beautify the neighborhood and make the streetscape more inviting and help demonstrate a care and pride in our community.  Therefore, in the June 2017 RANCH Reporter we recognized persons as “Planter Fund Sponsors,” whose generous donations of $100.00 or more go far in helping RANCH maintain the planters and keep them looking beautiful all year long – something for everyone to enjoy.

North Branch Industrial Corridor  The Chicago Plan Commission approved the proposed framework plan for the North Branch Industrial Corridor on May 18, 2017 (“Framework Plan”).  Please stay tuned for information about the planned development process, and please see past issues of the RANCH Reporter for articles on park space and the North Branch Industrial Corridor framework plan.

Community Forums: RANCH Triangle sponsors periodic community forums on topics of interest to members of our community.   Past topics have incuded: Navigating City Services, Combating Rats, Property Taxes, Living Green, and Supporting Local Business.
